Australian Orders

McKinney’s is pleased to offer complimentary insured delivery on all jewellery orders within Australia.

Due to the size and weight of the World of Wonder coffee-table book by Margot McKinney, a separate delivery charge applies to all book orders, including deliveries within Australia. The applicable delivery charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders are carefully and discreetly packaged and dispatched using a secure, trackable delivery service. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays.

In-stock items are generally dispatched within one to two business days after your order has been confirmed and payment and security checks have been completed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary for regional and remote locations.

International Orders

McKinney’s offers complimentary insured international delivery on orders of AUD $5,000 or more.

For international orders below AUD $5,000, the delivery charge will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

International orders are dispatched using a trusted secure courier service FedEx International Priority, DHL Express or Ferrari. All shipments are fully tracked, insured and require a signature upon delivery.

For security reasons, McKinney’s is unable to deliver international orders to PO boxes, parcel lockers, freight-forwarding services or addresses at which a signature cannot be obtained. Orders cannot be redirected after dispatch.

Please allow approximately one to two weeks for international delivery following dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, local authorities or circumstances outside McKinney’s control.
