Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at McKinneys of Ascot (T/A McKinney’s Jewellers).
We want you to be entirely happy with your wonderful purchase and if for some reason are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please be assured we are here to help.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
International Returns
Please contact McKinney’s before returning an international order.
Unless the item is faulty or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law, clients are responsible for arranging and paying for the secure and insured return of international purchases.
Original delivery charges and any duties, taxes, customs charges, tariffs or brokerage fees are non-refundable. McKinney’s is unable to refund charges paid directly to customs authorities, courier companies or other third parties.
Returned items remain the responsibility of the client until safely received and inspected by McKinney’s
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Packaging:
- Please ensure packaging is cushioned with bubble wrap or a similar product and a box if possible for extra security.
- Make sure both ends are taped up securely to avoid any items falling out.
- Fill any empty spaces in the box.
Address:
- Address to: McKinney's. Shop 34/1000 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, QLD, 4006.
Ensure this is clearly listed. - Only address to ‘McKinneys’ and do not mention ‘Jewellers’ anywhere on the parcel for security.
- Attention parcel to the name of the person you spoke to.

Please keep your tracking number so we can follow up with Australia Post if there are any delays.
