The Twisted Love Bands earrings are crafted from 18 karat yellow gold set with diamonds. One earring is studded with a trail of 124 brilliant-cut diamonds set in 18 karat gold that playfully coils in soft curves. One earring totals 1.22 carat TW.VS.
